Eden City State

Visual art group Eden City State made a series of events in and around Los Angeles from 1998 to 2000. A kind of symbolic gesture of protest with cult overtones, these were documented in film and still images for exhibition. About half of these were made without permission in public places like L.A. City Hall, Ikea and The Beverly Center, the rest in collaboration with art galleries, museums and art events.
